About Marie H.

I am an elementary and middle grades teacher. I have been singing,composing and performing songs since I was thirteen years of age. I learned to play the piano as a young adult and have 10 years of experience teaching music education.
I have organized award winning children choirs and have helped to organize graduations and concerts. I love music very much and I realize that it has followed me through my professional career. I was born in Jamaica which is an Island in the West Indies
I love singing, cooking, dancing and reflecting.

Why I Work Well with Kids

I work well with children because I like observing them as they learn about the world around them. I realize that each time I am around them I learn something new everyday. They are genuine and inquisitive to learn and explore. I get different motivation from working with different personalities, It is just a wonderful thing and I'm never bored as they are filled with so much enthusiasm.
